Service scope
EmojiClip provides emoji search, categories, skin-tone choices, copying, browser extensions, and original guides. No account is required. We may improve, pause, or remove features, but we will not represent unavailable capabilities as current services.
Acceptable use
You may use copied Unicode emoji in personal or commercial communication. You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, malicious automation, security bypass, disruption, or infringement of another person’s rights. Automated requests must not place an unreasonable load on the service.
Content and intellectual property
EmojiClip’s original text, interface code, and brand elements are protected by applicable law. Unicode characters and platform-specific emoji artwork may be governed by the Unicode Consortium or platform vendors. The service grants no additional rights to third-party artwork, marks, or content.
Clipboard and compatibility
Copy results depend on browser permissions, system fonts, and the destination application. We work to preserve correct Unicode sequences but cannot guarantee identical artwork on every device. Important information should also be written in words.
Third-party services
The site may link to the Chrome Web Store, Mozilla Add-ons, Google, Cloudflare, or other services. They operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and EmojiClip does not control their availability or content.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, suitability for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every platform, and we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on emoji artwork, outages, or third-party services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and applicable rules
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes and will mark the date on this page. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication; unresolved matters are handled under applicable laws with jurisdiction over the relevant service and parties.
